Building what didn't exist yet.

Han spent over 15 years at Apple across a wide range of operational and development roles. He holds patents from that work. At Apple, his projects were rarely the straightforward ones. He took on problems that other program managers would not. The ones where the risk of failure was too visible and the path forward was not obvious.

That instinct produced some of the most consequential programs of his career. First-of-kind systems built from scratch, in partnership with internal teams, government agencies, and external consultants, under conditions where precision was required. The same discipline drives everything Mirasys builds.

Apple: 15+ Years, Patents
Over 15 years across operational and development roles. Holds Apple patents. Designed and built Apple's first Foreign Trade Zone compliance program for international shipments, completed in 6 months when experts said 3 years.

🎓
UT Austin Paralegal Training
5-month paralegal program at the University of Texas at Austin covering contract law, civil procedure, legal research, and professional responsibility. The foundation the toolkit governance documents are built on.

Dell: Program Management
Years at Dell as a Program and Project Manager in services development. Built structured delivery frameworks for complex, multi-stakeholder programs. That discipline is built into the Toolkit's 30-session implementation calendar.

When the experts say three years and you do it in six months.

At Apple, Han took on the company's first Foreign Trade Zone program for high-speed, high-volume international shipments. The stakes were clear: a single documentation error could halt all overseas shipments into Apple, not just FTZ shipments, but everything. No margin for error.

Before the project began, U.S. Customs and Border Protection said it was probably impossible. The FTZ consultants who were brought in said three years, minimum. Both were working from the conventional assumption of how long these things take when done by the book, incrementally, with bureaucratic caution.

Han got it done in six months. Not by cutting corners. By doing what he has always done: gathering the right internal and external partners, aligning everyone on what actually mattered, and driving the work forward through leadership and trust when the conventional wisdom said slow down. CBP signed off. Apple's first FTZ launched. It ran without a failure.

Mirasys builds from the same operating principle. When a system has to hold up under real scrutiny, whether that is a regulatory audit, a legal proceeding, or a client who expects everything to be documented correctly, you build it right the first time. Every product Mirasys delivers starts from that requirement: give the business a solid foundation so they are not building critical infrastructure from a blank page.

Personal experience with what documentation means under pressure.

Han has been through corporate and small business litigation on both sides, as a party and as someone advising others working through it. He understands what it means to produce records under pressure, how well-structured documents protect the people he works with, and what a documentation gap looks like when someone is specifically looking for one.

That experience shaped every document in the toolkit. The incident report forms, the vendor vetting checklists, the training logs. Each one is structured around what actually gets reviewed when something goes wrong, not what looks polished on a checklist.

A personal note

Han and his children have talked about law their whole lives. Real cases from the headlines, questions about how rules and consequences work, the logic behind legal arguments. That curiosity runs through the whole family.

His twins are 16 years old, at the top of their class, and have already completed their first year of college. They are on track to start at the University of Texas at Austin at 17. They volunteer in their community and care deeply about the people around them. Both are driven to become lawyers, not because they were told to, but because they see law as a way to genuinely serve others. They are already some of the most motivated, compassionate people Han knows. That kind of purpose at that age is something to build toward.

Mirasys is not a law firm. That is intentional.

Mirasys does not practice law. The AI Law Firm Toolkit does not constitute legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by purchasing or using these documents. Han is not a licensed attorney.

What Mirasys provides is a professionally developed governance framework built by someone with paralegal training, Mediator status, direct litigation experience, and 30 years of high-stakes operational work, designed as a structured starting point that your firm's attorney can review, adapt, and adopt.

That is the right model. The documents do the heavy lifting. Your attorney confirms the fit. Your firm owns the result.

We are actively developing legal partnerships to complement the toolkit with attorney review services. If you are a Texas attorney interested in collaborating, reach out.
